Description

The XR Turbo kit is a proven performer on the 9A1 engine that comes in the Porsche 991. The GT2RS uses this engine but it has been completely altered from the standard 991 Turbo engine. Due to all these changes the standard XR turbo kit does not fit the GT2.

We now have a full XR Turbo Kit for the GT2RS. Many changes are made to the oiling and coolant system feeds on the GT2 so we had to adapt every part of the lubrication system to allow the kit to fit. We also had to build a new Inconel header to postition the turbochargers in the correct position in the car. The compressor intake had to be reworked to fit correctly as it was touching the tire and suspension. The only 2 part numbers that transferred from the old XR kit to the GT2 XR kit are the exhaust manifold nuts, washers and studs. Every other part is different.
